Bluetooth Xplosion Speaker
I hear sound with interference/crackling noises. What should I do?
Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the smart speaker and the connected device. The smart speaker is designed to be used within 33 feet (10 meters) of a connected device, with no major objects in between (walls, etc.). Make sure that the speaker is less than 33 feet (10 meters) from the device and that there are no large objects obstructing communication.
The speaker doesn’t play sound. What should I do?
Turn up the volume. Make sure the speaker is synchronized or connected to the audio device playing the music.
I cannot answer or hang up calls. What should I do?
It depends on whether your cell phone supports hands-free. Some devices do not support this functionality. Refer to your cell phone’s user manual.
Can the speaker be connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously?
No.
I am unable to connect the Xplosion speaker through a wireless connection. What should I do?
Make sure that your cell phone/audio device’s Bluetooth is enabled and that they are switched on. Refer to the “Wireless Bluetooth connection” guide.
